PAYMENT

All payments must be received at least 1 month prior to start of the program unless specified otherwise.  Each program has a set payment schedule.  Any late payments effected by player, coach, coordinator, or party will be subject to a 5% surcharge fee.

BFUT accepts credit cards, money orders, personal checks, and cashier’s checks for payment.  Personal checks must be clear prior to start of program. 

For programs created between BFUT and a coordinator (clinic, half day camp, day camp, and residential camp), a 50 deposit is due 1 month prior to program.  The remaining balance will be paid prior to the last day of the program.  Please email thulio@bfut.net for more information.

SHIPPING

All orders for merchandise and Futebol Made in Brazil software are shipped via USPS Priority/Insured mail with delivery confirmation.  Shipping fees are not refundable.  Other shipping methods are available upon request.

International Shipping Information is available upon request.

REFUNDS

Programs
All programs are partially refundable after deposit fee and with 30 days prior notice.  Deposit fee accounts for 30% of the total cost of the program.   In case of international programs (Tours, IPT, Level 2 and 1 License courses), a termination schedule fee is specified in the agreement and is subject to the related charges.

In the following cases, refunds can be arranged with less than 30 days prior notice:

• Medical Reasons which prevent playing or coaching during the soccer program.
• Family circumstances that prevent availability during the program.

In case of a weather preventing situation, program will be rescheduled for a agreeable date between BFUT and client. 

In case BFUT is not able to conduct the Program as scheduled, due to its own fault, Coordinator will be entitled to receive a full refund of any amounts paid under this Section.

Merchandise and Futebol Made in Brazil Software
Merchandise and Futebol Made in Brazil have 15 days return policy from delivery of the product.  Shipping return fees are not a responsibility of BFUT.

Any damaged or used merchandize is not returnable.  

Credit card payments that are returned are subject to a $3.00 processing fee.
