Brazilian Soccer Advanced Professional Symposium – BFUT Level 1 License
Introduction
The BFUT Level 1 License (Previously named A license) is the highest level of education provided by the Instituto Brasileiro de Futebol. All the contents and experiences of this program are tailored to provide a complete understanding of the 4 levels of a pro club in Brazil and in many top countries.
1. Development – 6 to 11 years old
2. Competitive – 12 to 17 years old – Mirim – Infantil - Juvenil
3. High Performance – 18 to 20 years old – Juniors
4. Pro level
For 13 days, the Level 1 candidate will be assisting the BFUT Coaching Director Thadeu Goncalves in observing, analyzing and educating the new candidates for: the level 3 Brazilian Educators, the level 2 International educators.
Objectives to be accomplished
The Level 1 license candidates will be learning to develop a 12 months year planning;
How to do the complete player analysis
Continued education of game analysis in a high performance and professional level
Implementation of 12 techniques in a high intensity game situation

Day 1 -
6:30am - Arrive in Brazil – Reception by BFUT Brazil at the Airport
9:00am - Transfer to BFUT Center of Training – watch the video – Session 1 -History of The game Football
10:00am - Check-in, organizational meeting and registration for the International Soccer Symposium
11:15am - International educator organizational Meeting
12:00pm - Lunch
1:00pm – Bus Leaves to Stadium – Watch a pro/TBA game – Session 2 - Game Analyzes Phase I and II.
3:00pm - Preparation to analyze the game
4:00pm – Game
6:30pm – Return to the Center – 8:00pm - Dinner
9:00pm- Session 3: Classroom - History of the Tactical development of Modern Football – 1966 to 2007 – Study of the different schools around the world. Finalize the points of the Game Analyzes TBA game.

The program from Day 3 to Day 5 is related to focus in the Development dept. (7 to 11 years old)

Game condition – Analyzing the player individual abilities: ability of marking / attacking – ability of Passing and penetration – ability to read the game – peripheral vision and ability to improvise (two feet)

General Information and Costs
Bfut responsibilities
- Diploma of the BFUT License Level 1 course (If approved).
- Accommodations: Apartments with double or triple accommodation 13 days and 12 nights – BFUT center of Training – Jau, SP, Brazil – Estancia Santa Paula
- Meals: 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- All ground transportation in Brazil
- Two Professional game tickets
- Planned sightseeing trips
- One full time BFUT (Brazilian Educator) assisting the group – Prof. Thadeu Goncalves will be the Director of Education.
- Receive the Educator Kit* (1 Warm up ,1 White BFut Polo Shirts, 2 practice t-shirts, and 1 travel bag)
- A copy of the book:” The Principles of Brazilian Soccer” by Prof. Thadeu Goncalves
- A copy of the Tactical Software : “Futebol Made in Brazil” by Prof. Thadeu Goncalves
- The Level 1 Official Educator manual
- Visits to Pro Club
- All other unexpected expenses associated with the program for which BFUT is responsible
- Medical assistance in case of any injury (Minor injuries). Each Educator (Coach) must have a medical insurance. RX, other especial procedures such as: surgery, special physical therapy, etc. will be charged from the insurance company.
Costs of the BFUT Level 1 License Course:
US$ 1,980.00 (Room and full board, no airfare included)

Minimal Requirements
- BFUT License level 2 / BRUSA (Previously called B License)
- Have held BFUT level 2 License for a minimum of 12 months.
- Course Description or coaching experience resume.
- Absolutely, no waivers.
The BFUT level 1 employee advantages
1. Gross salary between US$ 48,000.00 to 60,000.00
2. Percentage on sales of programs and merchandise
3. Educational fee between US$ 800.00 and US$ 1,100.00
4. Level 1 graduate will be referred to the Director of Education in one of the BFUT Educational center around the World.
