Dept. - Development Program U12 to U17 – Boys and Girls

I. Mission:
Analyze, assist and continue to develop the Brazilian Philosophy through the BFUT Methodology. The BFUT academy has the mission of guide the players to compete better understand the game of soccer.

II. Objectives:
1. The BFUT Academy has the objective of competition in leagues and tournaments. Expose the BFUT educational curriculum with a vertical integration step by step from the simple to the most complex concepts.

2. Development of the self – esteem and confidence to the children thought a
friendly and highly positive environment with an educational assistance.

3. Promote the creativity and the global body coordination.

4. Provide a 12 weeks program with pre season and pos season player analyzes to the parents observing the necessary child development, establishing the goals to be accomplished during that educational cycle and the necessary recommendations for a consistent development.

5. Establish a year planning with many different physical, social (visit philanthropic entities) and cultural (organize the traditional parties such as Easter, Halloween, in house soccer tournaments , the Parents – players league, etc) activities among the children to promote the teamwork concept.

6. Provide the environment creating situations to develop the leadership and friendship.

7. Continuing to develop the 12 techniques of the game of soccer.
